Jocelyn Tarly is the only daughter of Lord Aemon Tarly and Margaery Flowers. She is a fiery young woman, and keen falconer and archer. Rather than dissuading her, her father actively encouraged her to embrace her Tarly roots, often taking her on hunts around Horn Hill. She is known to be stubborn, and easily angered.
She is fiercely protective of her family, including her many cousins and is fond of her bastard niece, Alysanne.
