Leo is the head of the Sun Serpent, a standalone organization situated on the Broken Arm of Dorne made up entirely of women, primarily those seeking shelter or those not wanting to abide by the law. While Leo herself is known as the Sun Serpent, the women she "owns" are seen as a part of that singular title.
